MBO startup Kit F.A.Q.
Where do I upload my files to?
You website files should be uploaded to a directory called httpdocs/ and your home page should be named index.html.
Does my website get a control panel?
Yes, you will get a web based control panel. The control panel includes many features including; email configurations, blog setup, calendar, mailing lists, pre-installed scripts to install and setup, databases, and much, much, more.
Where can I find help using my control panel?
We will provide you with all the help needed to master your control panel. You will be plugged in to a robust community of people and businesses using the same software and systems that you are, and are currently helping each other make the best of the materials in the MBO startup Kit.
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via your Plesk control panel, (or any FTP program such as CUTE, Dreamweaver or FrontPage, etc.), 24-hours a day.
Do you support FrontPage extensions?
Yes, we support the latest FrontPage extensions.

Domain F.A.Q.
Who owns my domain name?
No person or organisation can actually own a domain name. When you register a domain you are purchasing exclusive rights to use that domain for the period that you keep the registration current.
What if I no longer want my name?
You can wait for your registration to expire.
Can I cancel my domain registration?
No, you can not, nor is there any refund of registration fees.
Can I change my domain name?
No. Once a domain is registered it cannot be changed.
How much does a domain name cost?
Domain name registration is part of the MBO Startup Kit. There is no additional cost.
How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once the registration process is complete the domain name must propagate across the Internet, where internet providers must update their DNS records to include new site locations. This usually takes 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours in some cases.
